Legal Question: Smoking at work |
|
Question: I would like to know if my employer can refuse to allow me to take smoke breaks. Isn’t he infringing on my rights? In a memorandum discussed with the president, Solidarity undertook to encourage the 136 000 people who participated in the trade union’s campaign of anti-crime letters to become actively involved in community safety programmes. Solidarity also undertook to actively mobilise all its structures and their communities in community safety projects. |
